Who we are

Aani ("Aani", "we", "our", "us") is a privacy‑first content amplification service for creatives, consultants, and voices with something to say. We transform your voice recordings into researched written content while preserving your unique tone and style.

Scope

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, secure, and delete personal information when you use Aanihub.com and related services ("Services"). It is designed to meet the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Where we process data of individuals in the European Union/EEA or the UK, we also outline additional disclosures to help meet GDPR/UK GDPR expectations.

What we collect

We collect only what is reasonably necessary to provide our Services and aim to minimize collection.

Security

We use layered security controls appropriate to the sensitivity of data we hold, including encryption in transit, strict network isolation for audio processing, role‑based access, logging/monitoring, and least‑privilege practices. We test controls and train staff periodically.

Research integrity & references

Our written outputs include citations to public web pages and academic sources (where applicable). Source retrieval is conducted on text; your audio is never sent externally.

Cookies & analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security. We may use privacy‑respecting analytics to understand site usage and improve the Service. Where required, we will provide a cookie banner and granular controls.

Your privacy rights

Direct marketing

We send product updates or newsletters only with your consent or where otherwise permitted; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 16.

Data breaches

If personal information is involved in a breach likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC in line with Australia's Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme. Where GDPR applies, we will follow relevant supervisory authority requirements.
